Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel an order, contact Mankind customer support as soon as possible.
Cancellation may be possible before an order enters processing or dispatch.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible and the customer may need to
follow the applicable return procedure.
Provide the order number, customer name, phone number and reason for cancellation.
