Where a refund is approved, Mankind will process it according to the applicable payment method and internal
verification process.
Refund eligibility may depend on product condition, return eligibility, order verification, payment method and
delivery status.
Refunds are not automatically guaranteed simply because a customer requests one.
Management should insert exact refund timelines before publication.
